Mechanism of action
The drug blocks the transmission of a nerve impulse at the level of the acetylcholine receptor of the postsynaptic membrane and prolongs the opening of sodium channels, which leads to excessive nervous excitement, loss of nutrition in insects, as a result of which they die.
Absorption and movement in the plant
The drug is absorbed through the vegetative organs of plants, moving through the vascular system acropetally (from bottom to top) throughout the plant.
Features of application
Treatment with the drug must be carried out when the pest population reaches the threshold set for each type of pest separately. A mandatory condition for achieving maximum effectiveness of the drug is uniform coverage of the plants with the working solution.
